- Purpose of Collection: We use location data to facilitate shift tracking, verify on-site attendance/check-ins, optimize dispatch routing, and provide duty-schedule management.
- Background vs. Foreground: Location data is accessed while the app is running in the foreground (open on screen) and, if granted by the user, while running in the background to confirm location-specific scheduling events.
- Data Sharing & Storage: Location data is transmitted securely to our servers and is only shared with authorized administrative personnel within your organization. We do not sell or rent your location data to third parties or advertisers.
- User Control & Permissions: You can enable, disable, or adjust location tracking permissions at any time through your device's system settings. Please note that disabling location services may limit the functionality of certain scheduling and verification features.
5. Text messaging (SMS) privacy
If you opt in to our text alerts, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent so we can send you the messages you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
